Do i need something wo repair it? (Like metal wood?)
Is the level in repairing making a diffrence?
Does it lose something like damage or durability when i have it repaired multiplier times?
You need the same item as the item you want to repair and press r.

The repair level makes you get more durability for each time you repair any item and you can repair items many times without any problem, also the durability of the item you use to repair it has an impact on how much gets repaired.

Increasing the repair skill increases the amount of condition restored per standard repair (combining items) and from weapon repair kits.

Weapon Durability never permanently degrades, though certain ammo types can degrade durability faster.

Weapons operate at maximum performance (damage and accuracy) at or above 75% Durability, marked by a notch in the durability bar on your hud. Major performance loss isn't really noticiabletuntil sub-50% though.

Yeah you need weapons of the same type to repair, a weapon repair kit (can be crafted or bought), or a repair vendor (very expensive don't recommend it).

Also there's a perk called jury rigging, I believe level 14 or so, and 90 repair, let's you repair any item with a similar item (like you can repair any rifle type weapon with any other rifle type, can repair power armour with metal armour, etc etc)

Also some weapons can be repaired with similar guns without the perk mentioned above^
Example: Ratslayer can be repaired with varmint rifle
Sunglasses can be repaired by any type of glasses and vice versa.

Cool, that's why I mention it, in case he didn't know, then he can be sure what to and not pay a big amount of caps to repair some weapons:melon:

Increasing repair is worth it just to get jury rigging.

Repair a thermal lance with a tire iron is gold.

Or your helmet with a pair of sunglasses. It gets pretty silly but it's probably the best perk in the game.
