How to get Veronica back

Okay, so i went to the hidden bunker then some brotherhood of steel guys with thick armors came out saying i should give all my equipments, i said i won't comply, then they started attacking me, i killed them then now i'm villified by the community, and now veronica left from the lucky 38 after talking to her, i didn't even have an option to tell her what they were trying to do to me, wtf,
such a waste, i wanted all my companions to all be available in lucky 38, is it possible to take her back??

Fun Fact: if you just took Veronica there you'd have entirely avoided this entire situation. Having Veronica present makes it so they won't shove a bomb collar on you and make you prove you're on their side.

i know of one way to do it go back to few save back and this time take her with you to that part agan

simply put reload from earlier save before you screwed up and just take the loss in play through hours as you can just take veronica with you problem solved. dont feel too bad the game is so bugged on my system I cannot ever complete the missions for the bos no matter what I try to fix the game. And just friendly advice til vortex is more refined do not use it for new vegas it does not work for nividia gtx 1070 or higher.

GTX 1080 here and I have no issues with New Vegas or Vortex with installing my mods.

It IS your fault, you could've accepted their demands, do short fetch quest and get accepted in their base.

OR

as mentioned, you could take Veronica there and skip entire part.

FYI they were just being careful, since you know, NCR is not exactly on friendly terms with them and they are actually hiding and you just stumbled on them, what were they supposed to do, let you go rat out their hideaway to NCR? (and PLEASE don't give me that, "would not" excuse)

my computer got super corrupted this morning for some reason, forcing me to re install windows, but all old datas are gone, and i turned off cloud saves before in fallout nv, now i have to start all over again, (sigh), all those time on setting up the mods and the time scavenging things for bottle caps and quests, poof

Tell me about it... few things worse than loosing ton of playtime that way...
