Dont think so, you might find some forums on the nexus a couple years back talking about making a mod for it but I doubt theres ever been a good one. A competent modder could probably make it by splicing the dialogue audio or getting a voice actress to revoice her. Id recommend the Willow follower mod from nexus.

Sometimes thats true. Part of the game's cut/planned content was marrying Cass. The courier and Cass would've gotten drunk and the King would have been the one to lead the ceremony.

That was supposed to be just an ending slide, not something that would happen in-game.
