I'm not sure anyone really knows for sure, but I will try and help as best I can.
I have written a Stability Guide for New Vegas, and would encourage you to check out the first few sections. Nothing in the "Vortex mods Part 2" is likely to be compatible.
Take note of the quick tips. This process will be one of trail and error, so using a STEAM BACKUP before modding anything will reduce reinstall times to 3 minutes or so.
First try xNVSE. it SHOULD HOPEFULLY be a universal mod.
Next try the 4GB Patcher.
BSA Decompressor is not likely to work, but it is worth a try.
My official recommendation is to use a Steam Backup to reduce installation times, and then try the mods in my guide for yourself, but only ONE MOD AT A TIME.
Also, testing the game for 10 minutes or so after installing a mod can't hurt.
New games are required for every installed mod, so that you don't break the game.
I hope this helps!
P.S.
If you find out which mods are compatible with the German version of the game, and which aren't I would be VERY interested, and that information would likely be woven into the guide. I would even put you in the Special Mentions section for helping me expand it's contents.
Please share your discoveries.
