Constant crashing and cannot enter camp mccaran interior

So the game once upon a time was running almost flawlessly even with my mods. But recently it started crashing almost every 10 minutes, and some areas are impossible to walk through without total CTD. I managed to walk through some of the areas by staring at the floor so maybe its an issue with rendering. But staring at the dirt doesn't help when I have to enter a new cell, like trying to walk inside the main airport building at camp mccaran. Every time I try and enter the airport, the game starts loading for a few seconds and then CTD. I tried disabling my mods one by one to figure out which one was the issue but no luck.
Here is my load order configured with LOOT. I install my mods manually if needed and otherwise with Vortex.
