The frontier or base game/DLC first
Pretty much the title, the new frontier mod looks amazing, but should i experience the base game first?

They recommend a new game but if you go to the frontier without playing at least a decent portion of the base game it makes even less sense.

The Frontier was made with the assumption that the people playing it had already played the base game plus DLC.
Jumping into it without knowing anything about the base game will just leave you very confused as it won't have had any reason to think any of this needed explaining.

Not to work in the first place, it can manage that much.
But I hear good thing about them being able to improve on certain parts of it (depending on your definition of improved) and make it run smoother. Never tried though. Too lazy.

Base game dlc first, and frontier never. Seriously it sucks. (It is made very well and technically very good, but it actually just sucks to play)

frontier's writing is extremely poor, and gameplay wise it's closer to call of duty....
seriously dont play it
