Report a translation problem
Its opening up to the Status page and clicking on a limb repairs broken limbs. However, sleeping will fix them anyway.
If I'm wrong about that, then that only works that way in Hardcore mode.
Stimpack heals all limbs slightly if used on the whole body outside of hardcore
Hardcore mode isn't hard though. At all. I've actually never played the game without it since release.
It doesn't make the game harder, it just adds in food, water and sleep needs, companions can die, and stimpacks heal over time instead of instantly (like fallout 4 stimpacks). Oh and gives ammo weight, but ammo doesn't weigh much
The only thing "hardcore" about it is that companions become non essential, other than that and adding weight to ammo it feels more like a part of the game rather than a hard mode.
