How to remove Turbo withdrawal

You can get rid of the withdrawal with some turbo.

If you’re set on not using commands, I’m pretty sure reloading a save from when you didn’t have the addiction is the most sure way to work. Though I think a couple things you may want to try first are getting addictions removed by another doctor (Not entirely sure, but I think this worked for me once) and/or starting one of the DLCs (I’m kinda just guessing on this one but I vaguely remember DM or OWB removing negative statuses when you start them)

You can also try using Fixer, though you'll probably wanna wait/rest for a few hours since it's got the "chem effect has ended" UI effect every minute or so for a couple of in-game hours.

Using a console commands to remove the addiction ... it's alright to cheat a little if you're just doing it for training or in this case resetting stats because you didn't know. It's okay to do it every here and there rather than reloading an entire section and replaying it. Why? To prove what?

No, the only permanent addiction is UltraJet. Buy Fixer from one of the vendors and use it.
The only guaranteed sellers of Fixer are Dixon (the drug pusher in Freeside) and one of the vendors in the 188 Trading Post.

And that aside, NEVER sell Fixer when you find it. You'll need it.
