Game keeps freezing when I kill someone

Hey guys so as the title suggests, once in a while when I kill someone the game freezes. It doesn't matter how I kill them nor how many, sometimes it's just one and than it happens after I kill several. I'm not sure why this is happening everything seems ok with my load order, I'm using an enb but I'm not sure why it would cause such a thing, enbs worked fine for me. Any advice would be helpful. my first crash was during a gun fight at the derelict rollercoaster, someone on it shot at me and bang right to desktop. Will never forget it. no mods

This is different, it doesn't crash but it freezes and I have to restart the game

well that happens too, different every time, but I have no mods. have investigated and is not uncommon and at release was almost gameplay, i have noy playrd for a while but first started in 2020 or so...also at loading screens alot, i still monitor these boards for that very reason. probably should go somewhere else
