Restore Fallout 3's crafted weapons?

I know the Shiskabab can be bought but only from a handful of vendors, and you can still make nuka-nades

but what about railway rifles and dart guns? Is there a mod that restores all the old crafted weapons from 3?
the closest I've found is a mod that adds a craftible shiskabab
Every other "craftable weapons" mod just lets you build guns that are in new vegas already

Those are craftable if you have TTW installed. And get the schematics, obviously. Meaning you'll have to play FO3 content to get them anyway.

Not an ideal solution, but the only one I can thing of off the top of my head.
