UIO not working

Hey im quite new to modding so this might be a stupid mistake I made. The UIO is not working but it says it's enabled in mods, on vortex. On the mod configuation menu in the game it says the UIO cannot be found. Is the UIO supposed to be in the plugin section or is it some other issue?

UIO is support mod. It just allow other UI mods to work properly. By itself it do nothing.

Place uio in your nvse plugins folder.
