Missing Audio and Infinite Loading Screen Crash

I started FNV with a long list of mods. However when starting the game Doc Mitchell is missing lines of dialogue and I am unable to leave Doc Mitchell's house without it leading to an infinite loading screen that crashes the game. The mods I am using are as follows

Your game may be running out of memory. Is your game 4GB Patched? Also, are you using NMCs Texture Pack Large? 4K textures can eat up your performance.

Lastly, I recommend you refer to the Viva New Vegas Guide[vivanewvegas.github.io], specifically the Utilities & Big Fixes section.

Have you loaded the game before modding..? If so, that could be your issue. Try disabling your mods and then opening the game completely vanilla. Once you're out and about in goodsprings, save and apply your mods as usual.

So I just did that and then loaded the 4GB patcher and now alll the mods are working fine and the game is stable. One issue that remains is all the audio for vanilla characters is not playing and it didn't play on my vanilla start either so idk how to fix the audio issues.
