Best Weather/Lighting Mod
Basically the title. I'm mainly choosing between

FNV Realistic Wasteland Lighting
Nevada Skies
Fellout
Project Reality
More?

I know it's everyone's preference and all that, so I'm mainly asking what everybody's preference is.

Nevada Skies.

Realistic Wasteland Lighting makes the game look really good without the intrusive weather effects or performance drops of Nevada Skies or Project Reality, so that's what I usually do. Fellout is alright, but I'm just not a fan of the vanilla skyboxes.

Realistic Wasteland Lighting, though I don't particularly care for any of them.

The lighting just looks flat, and most of them dismiss any sort of color correction, which makes starkly colored objects look awkwardly lit when placed next to each other.

The game engine is ♥♥♥♥ to being with for weather and lighting mods. most you get is some borked visual enhacment. try different ones and see which one appeals more to your taste

It's not entirely the engine.

The Green Filter aside, Fallout 3 has great lighting; using HDR, Bloom, and contrast to good effect. It didn't have fancy volumetric lights or even basic scene shadows, but it still looked good, adding depth and variaty to the scene.

These look pretty good all things considered:

You don't get anything like that in NV or mods for either 3/nv. The lighting is more uniform across the entire scene and reduces the shading pf objects that are not being hit directly by sunlight, like so:

It was major use of what are called Imagespace Modifiers that accomplished that. Most lighting mods (and indeed NV itself) use them very minimally, especially when it came to Bloom and HDR, the lack of which is what causes the "flat" look.
