FPGE (Function Post Game Ending) or CAGE (Continue After Game Ending) Mod
As I wrote this, I'm currently using FPGE latest version. It's the only mod that I have known for that allowed users to continue the game after it's complete. However, I notice an OLDER mod titled CAGE. From what I heard/seen, I notice that CAGE is very OUTDATED, but my question is, what is the difference, since FPGE continue it.

The only thing I notice that if I beat FPGE with Independent ending (Take Over Hoover Dam with Yes Man), some NPC like the NCR are gone, with the exception in MOJAVE OUTPOST heading to Long 15 will cause the game to end; Doctors are gone (unless using Restore doctor patch) and Caesar Legion area taken over by Ghouls.

My question is, HOW DIFFERENT is CAGE from FPGE and does it change something like factions or something?

CAGE just lets you keep playing after the game ends and that's it, nothing changes after beating the main quest.

FPGE actually changes the world to reflect your actions and choices throughout the game.
So a Legion Victory will actually see the Legion take over Vegas and the NCR pushed out of the Mojave, A Yesman Ending will push both the Legion and NCR out and show the anarchy that follows with Riots throughout Freeside and more patients in Mormon Fort etc.
It has a full list of potential changes depending on your actions in the optional files section you can download and read through.
Also yeah FPGE gives 2 exit points to end a playthrough, one by the Mojave Outpost Gate the other by the Wreckage near Brooks Tumbleweed Ranch.

Thanks.

That'll do. Though, the changes somehow good, but the missing doctors is what confuse me (until the mod patch appeared), but it seems I made the right choice of using FPGE than CAGE.
