Blinding brightness in Freeside, the Old Mormon Fort, and Camp McCarran courtyard

I suffer from blinding brightness during the the day in the aforementioned areas. The nights are still brightened, but only to the point that I can at least operate normally and see where I'm going. Load order:

I know this was a couple days ago, but just in case you haven't figured this out yourself yet; weather mods like Realistic Wasteland Lighting or Nevada Skies need to go to the very bottom of your LO.

Nah, it turned out I just needed to switch over to the no-DLC version of RWL.
