Fallout New California Freezing/Crashing

So I’ve just started playing this game again and I wanted to try playing something new and fresh on it. So I tried out New California, it seemed interesting to me since you’re able to join the Enclave (something I’ve always wanted to do in a Fallout game.) However I’ve run into a major issue. Every time I get to the point where the raiders are firing off the mortars before you reach Union City, my game freezes or crashes. I might try some things to make it run better but there’s not much I can do.

Just replay it, you should eventually get through it

Maybe, I don’t know though, might not be able to with the computer that I have, which is slightly upsetting but whatever. New Vegas on it’s own is enough for me.

How well do you run New Vegas?

look on the mod page for NC, i remember there being a post by one of the devs on some edits you can make to your .ini specifically to make certain sections of the mod not crash
