Marjorie is Not at the Entrance of the Gourmand at Any Time, how Should I Do the Beef Quest?

So, before i initiated the Beef Quest i've already had a walk by the Ultra Luxe, and even smuggled a key to the white glove society, by which no one noticed. After some time i came back to the Strip to do this quest, the thing is: Marjorie is not at the entrance at the Gourmand anymore. My marker shows that she is inside the special room where only White Glove Society's members can enter, but don't get out of there anymore. Is this a bug? what i'm trying to do is sleep at the Lucky 38 and go back at the Ultra Luxe in different hours to see if she appears where she was supposed to, but it's not seeming to work.

Beyond the beef is one of the buggiest quests in the vanilla game.
I don't recommend doing anything in the white glove society before doing that quest.
Lest, you want to run into bugs like the ones you're having.

Can you reload an earlier save?

Or you could try console "place at me" command.
