Followers won't join me

I did the questine with the Garrett's for supplies and I'm idolized with them but Julie won't support me for an independent Vegas, why is this happening this never happened to me before.

Is there a console command that just makes it so they joined me? I'm getting ♥♥♥♥ of all these bugs even though I have that YUP patch and other fixes installed.

I believe you also need to have fixed their short term supply problem by donating Med-X, Fixer and Radaway, can't remember the exact number but Julia will mention once you've given enough of each one.

I've did all that, apparently it turns out she never even offered me to join the Followers and I don't know how I can now.

edit: nvm i guess i didn't give her enough, she's offering me to join now.
