Can't enter Abandoned BoS bunker to start Dead Money.

When ever i try to enter the grate, it says i need a key, but apparently this is a glitch. I tried looking around the web, but couldn't find anything conclusive.

Okay? Just use the console commands, that's what they're for.
Press the ` key then click on the door then type unlock then press ` again. Go through door.
