On the GPU? That's fine for CPU, but if GPU temps that high you are probably throttling like crazy.
Haha no, my gpu reaches temps of 75-80°c

Have you tried toggling the various memory settings in the ENB ini to see if one of them improves things?
Mess with some of the other settings in enblocal, unsafe memory hacks and the like.
ENB can be a bit trial and error at times.
Alright i'll mess around with the settings and see if it anything changes
Could be throttling.
Definitely update the thread if you get it figured out, I'm curious.
My computer is also designed to withstand high temperatures by default, so idk why i have this issue to begin with. i think enb is capped to something or its a command somewhere in fallout's .ini in docs thats causing it
