Generally you just need to hope doctors have them in stock.
The best answer to Cazadores is a 9mm smg loaded with Hollowpoint rounds anyway.
You can also get some Surgical Tubing and grab a few Gourds to make a Snakebite Tourniquette, which is an auto-use anti-venom.
Other than that? Doc Mitch sometimes sells them, you can find some, sometimes, on Powder Gangers.
It's not exactly "early game" but the doc at the Brotherhood of Steel's bunker usually carries them.
Best choice against those b-tards is either a long-range high-power rifle or a shotgun loaded with slugs.
"High powered Rifles" are actually the worst weapon you could choose; they're too slow. An anti-material rifle deals 130 damage. Congratulations, you've wounded one grown cazadore and have to wait around a second before you can finish it off. Meanwhile all his friends are on their way to say hi.
Shotguns are workable but unless you have a riot shotgun, you'll need to be wary of the reload time. Since cazadores, again, have zero armor, use Buckshot for maximum damage.
But the best overall is an SMG or LMG. If you have Hollowpoints, even better. A 9mm smg deals 150 damage a second and can fire full auto for about 3 seconds, so you can quite literally tear through a horde like butter with a weapon you can pick up in Doc Mitchell's house for free.
If you take the Handloader perk you can craft Jacketed Hollowpoints for 9mm and 10mm weapons. Not as powerful as regular hollowpoints but are easier to get a hold of in large amounts since you can convert standard rounds in to them. They're also more functional against light armor, but that doesn't matter for cazadores.
Since 5.56 Hollowpoints are harder to get a hold of, the main advantage of the LMG is being able to have 90 to 200 rounds in a magazine, so you don't need to worry about running out of ammo while there's still cazadores left to kill.
Basically, go SMGs for raw damage, LMG for practicality.
Late-game, the simple answer to cazadores is the Heartless perk from Old World Blues. It bestows total poison immunity, and without that form of damage, the bugs are significantly less dangerous.
I'm also going to suggest the Companion Cure mod.[www.nexusmods.com] Because followers tend not to use anti-venom even if they have it, they otherwise have a habit of simply dropping dead after a battle against cazadores - this mod allows you to force-feed a cure to them, making it much safer to bring your friends into battle.
but yeah gun down cazadores with a 9mm SMG with JHP rounds (grunt + handloader) shouldnt be taking damage, your NPC helper however, its gonna die.
