Oh my mistake, must have been a mod I used then, it has been a while since I played NV.
Thanks. So after beginning’s setting, i can only earn 2 points for special in the entire game? That i guess i need to restart my game, i put all the points in charisma lol
Charisma can get you pretty far, a good amount of fights can simply be avoided though speech.
That was my idea but maybe not a must to invest all 5 points into it in the beginning? lol
How many endurance can get 1 implant?
It's is 1 Endurance per implant and there is a total of 9 implants. 1 for each SPECIAL and then 2 bonus ones, one gives you natural armor and the other regenerates hp over time. If you take the endurance implant you can then take another because it give you +1 endurance and therefore another slot making it essentially free.
If you just put the points into Charisma and left everything else at 5 it doesn't matter that much, you might want a few points later for certain perks, but starting out it is fine.
If you do end up remaking your character I'd say intellect is the most important stat, it give more skill points upon level up.
Luck is also quite good in this game because of the Casino's, which can give you a decent boost in caps if you clean them out. The implants are not cheap, you'll have a ton of caps later on to buy them but early on it isn't as easy, so the casino's can help there.
early on , some Barter skill is good, cause you do run pretty much "hand to mouth" for the first 6 to 8 levels, and careful. planned use of the magazines helps tremendously
The boost from the Endurance implant specifically does not do this. Intense Training boosts work, though.

Good to know, seems a bit strange honestly. I guess I figured it always worked that way.
