What happens if you kill everyone?
And I mean literally every single person (without using console commands to force them to die).

I finished this game and all the DLC for the first time about 5 months ago by siding with NCR but chose to help Yes-Man but I kinda wanna do a new playthrough where I just blast every single person to oblivion just for the hell of it.

Yes Man is the ONLY character who won't stay dead, he'll become another securitron, so basically everyone will try to kill you but u can still beat the game with yes man
The Game will still continue ... By the way,YES MAN IS THE ONLY ONE WHO CAN'T BE KILLED

Is this ignoring the simple fact that by default children are unkillable immortal beings in these games?
And one of them is holding what is in effect one of the most powerful weapons in the wasteland.

I thought it was Victor who had the Securitron-jumping ability.

I believe that by killing everyone the game stops working correctly, I think that in this way some scripts would be missing and bugs would arise. If you want, using mods you can kill even children, Yes Man and everything that moves.... However, some secondary NPCs and animals will still respown even after the main quest is over. Personally I think that killing everyone and everything makes little sense, but it is a matter of personal taste.

I had the opposite problem! I used dozens of mods to repopulate the map and to increase respawns because after beating the game the first time there were very few NPCs and beasts around to fight

They both do. But Victor ceases to do that once house is dead. Yes man is the only character (besides the like 4 children in game) who can't actually die

Nope. The game was designed that you can kill everyone and still finish the game
