The MCM has encountered Unexpected Menu files...

I have been trying to get the Mod Configuration Menu to work for a while now.
At first I got it working due to dumb luck. I have no idea what it did.
Now that I've started a new game, it won't work. Keeps saying it encounters unexpected menu files and needs to be reinstalled.

I have tried reinstalling it from the website, I have tried reinstalling it manually.
I have downloaded OHud and UIO. I have enabled/disable/reenabled the archive.
I have un/reinstalled Ohud and UIO.
I've tried cleaning it with the FNVedit, sorting my load order with LOOT.
I tried looking for updates to mods to see if MCM needed a new update.

I just don't know what I've done wrong...plz help.

What I gleaned from this article was that I needed to delete my old stuff and reinstall FNV fresh.
And re-download my mods. It's working now though!

So thanks for the article. It helped. (I probably did it wrong though if I had to delete everything and start from scratch lol)
