For what I remember (my game is now massively modified) in the original game most of the Cazadores respaws in Callville bay and in the mountains above the Foxtrot Ranger station. In this case they are quite difficult to reach. Allow me a tip: the Mojave Wildlife mod adds many animals and respawn points. If you're looking for shootings, it's very funny.

Most of the hills and mountains north of goodsprings are full of them (this is why, and one of the ways, the game does all it can to get you to go south from that place).

The red hills north of the river also have a load of them. Just mind the deathclaws that also make a home up in that area.

There's a massive nest area in one of the lil' nooks to the nw of the map's mountains about halfway. Far as I know there's about 5 groups of them that respawn around there though I don't know the timer.

Some spawn north of Goodsprings, approaching Jacobstown.

I think I've actually cleared that area before! It was a really strange experience, because I didn't realise that me pressing caps had locked me into a walking speed and I was having some unexplained withdrawl effects while it was happening.

Hilly terrain. Specific places near lake mead, as well. They're common on the path between Goodsprings and the Khans, and all parts of the path to Jackobstown, which makes sense. They have a nest of sorts that you can actuall get to if you explore around the back of the Khan camp, or go the whole way around from Jacobstown.

They have smaller nests here and there, but you kinda have to search them out to find them most splaces, or they refuse to spawn in favor of fire geckos or deathclawhs.

north of good springs and the areas/mountains east of vault 3 near chance's map

clear out that small abandoned ghost town full of viper members and cazadors will takeover

the entire Left side of the map on red rock canyon is literally cazador central

Theres a cazador nest marked cazador nest on the right side of the map once you find it

wind farm where all the windmills are is another area they usually respawn in.

Lastly bitter springs (the areas to the left and below near the lake) are riddled with them especially near the boat yard where you go to to activate the beacon to get the plane up from the waters for the boomers.

They all respawn if you give them a day or 2. Best option is to sleep (in your own bed for extra xp too) and take a crap ton of antvenoms, slashers, and stimpacks, you'll need em especially antivenoms b/c the venom sticks to you and does more damage than the sting itself.
The tribal village (area north of goodsprings) usually has a ton of them near the great khan encampment and north (again it's mostly all red rock canyon territory so you'll see a metric ton of them.

aside from that literally any place you see a cazador nest (a paper wasp-like nest with a ton of nodes sticking out) memorize the place and come back to it in 1-2 days. They should respawn by them.

What i like to do is place some c4 around the area and some landmines. Dedonate the c4 and the landmines go with it.

Yes. Opening the console does disable Steam achievements, but these can be re-enabled by simply quitting the game and relaunching it. Mods don't hinder achievements (or challenges) at all on their own.
