Funny/gimmick character builds

Do you have any funny character builds to share? Can be made via console commands to adjust the stats or give perks/items

Fisty Manson, Ex MMA Fighter, professional at all things unarmed, and I mean BARE unarmed, he wears only light armor, mentally challenged and unstable from the large amount of concussions he has had in his lifetime and radical use of Psycho. Very lucky in landing blows in the right places when he is wired on drugs.
States Str =8 Per=7 End=10 Char=2 Int=1 Agil=2 Luck=10 [Implants included]
He has all perks effecting unarmed, and with his survival skills (and perk) while ripping enemies to shreds in a blinded rage he take bites out of his enemies (Canabalism, Blood sausage, ect.)
Heavy Hand trait is not used. high critical chance
Because the slayer perk is broken you may need a fix installed for it to work, Slayer inceases melee/unarmed attack speed by 30% but for some reason doestn effect bare fists.
He has no affiliation with any faction other than himself, for personal enjoyment he will raid military camps of all affiliation.

Hey Nero Serpe your Fisty Manson character is a fascinating build. My thought is that it would be a ton of fun to play him in a totally chaotic mode where his travels and destinations are ruled entirely by chance rather than by any sense of direction. Heck he might even accidentally walk into the final battle at Hoover Dam by Level 50 ...or maybe not ... but it sure would be an unpredictable entertaining experience. Nicely done!
