F4SE is installed by just dragging the files into the main new vegas directory, otherwise good luck.

Why? Is it just a problem with redundancy, or is some of the stuff conflicting? I've had a few crashes in certain parts of the capital wasteland using both but I worked around them. I didn't imagine it had anything to do with YUP but now i'm wondering if that could be the cause

As for your problem, OP, hopefully I can provide a blanket solution to these. The patch-y stuff you have in the beginning (4gb, NVSE, YUP, etc) can just be inserted into your data folder. I think the 4gb patch comes with an executable that you run from the game files and it will automatically install for you. For the rest, you should download FOMM to keep track of them. I have personally had issues with it not launching, so using one of the older versions instead of .14 might be best. Set up FOMM, go to your package manager, and import all the .rar files for the mods you want. It will then let you activate or deactivate those mods freely, so you can switch them on or off without having to look through files and delete everything they modify. Once you have them all, just rearrange the load order so that it makes sense and there are no conflicts. If something requires another mod to work, like all those TTW improvements, the base file (TTW in this case) NEEDS to be loaded before them. TTW is a complicated install, but basically you should run its installer, create the FOmod when it asks you to, then put that into the game folder and activate it
