Cant figure out how to unblock adult content on Nexus Mod Manager

Some Mods im tryingto download require to be unblocked but I can't figure out how to.

You're not running any script/Ad blocking software eg uMatrix / NoScript etc? These can sometimes create really odd effects on some sites.

You're not a 'young' person as far as the site is aware (do they do even a token attempted 'age check' these days)?
