Issue with Lily

After I have completed the quest "Guess who I saw today" (persuaded Keene, and skill check Doctor Henry to prevent Lily from using Stealth boy MKII), now I cant even recruit Lily, only dialogue options are "What you do in Jacobstown" or "Goodbye". If anyone knows a fix whether it be console or process in game I'm all ears.

I checked the wikia and I couldn't find any bugs that described your problem.

You might try reloading an older save and see if that works.

Also, I did some digging and I found some codes for all the companions on a forum (no idea if they are valid or not, so be warned).
