Does ENBoost work for New Vegas?

Pretty much as it says. If it does, is there a way to just copy my installation of ENBoost from Skyrim, or would that not work? (I want the game to be nice and stable for if and when The Frontier comes out)

There's already an ENBoost for New Vegas.

Get that instead. The Skyrim ENBoost would probably not work right.

And one other thing: that page claims it's a patch. Do I redownload the regular ENBoost and then that for FNV?

Yes. The engines are very similar, so you shouldn't have much trouble if you set it to mostly use the same settings as with your Skyrim ENBoost.

You don't need anything else, only the download in the link I posted.

When it says "patch", it doesn't mean that the New Vegas ENBoost is a patch for the regular ENBoost. There is no such thing as a "regular" ENB or ENBoost, they're all specialized for individual games. The "patch" means that ENBoost itself is a patch for New Vegas.

Ah. Thanks for clarifying that. If and when The Frontier ever comes out, I'll get the ENBoost. It doesn't count towards that plugin limit I'm so paranoid about, does it?

It's not a plugin, so no, it doesn't count. Only mods with .esp files count.
