Can't figure out how to install JE sawyer rebalance mod

First, I'd recommend using JSawyer Ultimate instead. It uses NVSE to do a lot of things that the original mod couldn't.

Read the instructions. Get Nexus Mod Manager, get the required mods, and get JSawyer Ultimate. Download and install everything through NMM.

If you want to install the original mod, you have to paste the .esp file into your New Vegas Data folder (usually C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Fallout New Vegas\Data) and check its box in the Data Files section of the launcher.

Yeah, tried to do that, I must've missed something, idk what.
