Tops high roller

I have achieved the high roller. I have the key for the precedental suite at the tops but it will not let me in. I have tried closing and reloading. I have even tried going back to an earlier save on the strip and doing it earlier during my time on the strip. I am at a loss as to what to do next. is there a console command i can do or something.

There are two suites available at The Tops. The presidential suite and the high roller suite. You're probably trying to get into the wrong suite. The high roller is on the 13th floor.

The presidential suite is by the stairs in the gambling hall and is earned through conversation with Benny or with his key.

Thank you so much. It is so nice to know that I had a moment of idiocy; instead of my game or save being corrupted. I should have known the "ELEVATORS OUT OF ORDER" sign was a lie.
