I usually play Honest Hearts at lvl 10 and and Dead Money when I return from that. Old World Blues at level 20 and Lonesome Road late into the end-game normally around the quest with the NCR President. In terms of experiencing the DLC story the best in my opinion is as follows. Honest Hearts should be first, then OWB, followed by Dead Money, and lastly Lonesome Road.
Speak to the toaster once you give it the personality holotape and you can get them to heat the fist which will make it do pretty high damage. This weapon is also pretty fast so you can just run at enemies and punch them to death.
The spoiler parts aren't really story related so much, pretty much just a way to get a really good weapon. If you do this you should try and up your unarmed skill anywhere past 25.
I'd recommend you to start with the Honest Heart that give you a good couple of gear and will tell more about the lore and faction. The most easiest and can access pretty easy from Vegas.
Others like OWB DM and LR also can access whenever you want too but I'd recommend you to play OWB after HH. Then DM and LR.
OWB and DM will take off all of your gear when start the dlc. Player must complete the dlc to take back all your belongings and come back to Mojave.
LR is the only dlc that player come and go freely so you can go loot some powerful gear and head back to main game anytime.
