Logan's key

Hello, Logan the prospector at the NCR storage facility in Camp Searchlight is not starting the quest Wheel of Fortune. I have hacked the terminal, Boxcar is alive, yet no dialogue is started. I killed him and the key was not in his inventory. Is there anything I can do? I want that knock knock pls.

If the Fandom Wiki is accurate, the ID for the key should be "0014b2d5", meaning the console command "player.additem 0014b2d5 1" should give you the key. Alternatively, "player.additem CampSearchlightFireStationKey 1" should also work. (To access console commands, use the tilde "~" key)

Is the problem with Boxcars' dialogue? There's a bug if the "Booted" quest is stopped.
You can fix it with this command...

startquest 131e7c

Also, make sure you read all of the terminal entries.
