A lot of the ambient and background music is or takes parts from the previous fallout games. You can find it at 'C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Fallout New Vegas\Data\Music' and the radio music at 'C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Fallout New Vegas\Data\Sound\songs\radionv' in ready to use MP3s.

You can have Johnny Guitar playing constantly IRL, not just in-game.

I have already 100% this game on Xbox a long time ago I just never had a good enough headset back then to notice the music very well.

I also recommend the concentration camp in OWB. Due to that place's story, It's reasonably creepy.

There is a track I found that is "Desert Settlement Night Low" Which sounds a lot like the Twin Peaks music lol.
