Why does everyone alwasy ♥♥♥♥ on Johnny Guitar? Its a good song. People say that it plays far too often during their playthroughs but, for me at least, it almost never plays!!! Am I a crazy lone nut job or do other people feel the same?

Most songs on the Mojave Radio are jaunty/happy go lucky tunes that a lot of people like to hear when fighting.
Johnny Guitar spits in the face of said people. It's a good song, but more often than not I find it breaks the killing rythmn I have going.

Because it doesn't make constant refrences to Radiation like 95% of the songs on the Fallout 4 radio.

For real though, it's well documented that due to a scripting oversight, JG plays far more frequently than it should.

huh, i never noticed that in my almost 900 hours of playing the game. Maybe Project Nevada fixes that or something?

I think it's more noticeable than the other songs because it's slower, seems longer, and sticks out noticeably, especially when you're thinking about it every time it plays ("ugh this song again")

The first time I played Lonesome Road, at the end I convinced Ulysses to stand down and the amount of Marked Men in the big attack slowed my computer to the same speed as Johnny Guitar, which played as I mowed them down at about 5 fps with my Avenger. It was strangely beautiful, in a way.
