Veronica just wont let me talk to her
Quite a few saves ago i exhausted all of her dialogue and now i want to recruit her but she only ever says something along the lines of: "Never wanted to stop talking to me?" or something like that. She also doesnt have her power fist on and ive kept the brotherhood alive. It could be a mod ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ it up but please let me know if this happens in vanilla.

I had a similar thing but with arcade. I was doing his quest and swapped him for lily and when I come back he doesn't have the speech option
