HELP!
I killed General Lee Oliver but I can't seem to get out of the compound The door has no sort of interactions what-so-ever.

I did both of those but when I get to the door to exit it won't let me.

And I was thinking about just fast travelling out to the legate's camp and try to talk to him there

Is this objective displayed: "Return to the Legate and tell him that General Oliver has been killed."?
if not, do this...

There's a trigger box on the lower floor that unlocks the door and moves the legate to the power plant on the other side of the door.
If it didn't activate, try this...
set "137ab9".OliverFightDone to 1 "140caa".EnterTrigger Player
