I'm at the end of Veronica's quest where she tries to enlist with the Followers and the BoS show up and kill the Followers in the outpost. I have Terrifying Presence and make the Paladins flee, problem is they just stay there while looking down. Interacting with them brings up "This person is fleeing" or whatever. Any fixes?

If they're fleeing, that means they're hostile to you, but they're too afraid of you to attack you. It's not a bug, it's what the perk does. It lets you kill them while they're too afraid of you.

Oh ok. I thought they should just be leaving the area so I don't have to engage in combat. Thanks.
