Bye Bye Love Hookers and Joana Disappear and Quest Fails

During Bye Bye Love, Joana and the 2 other hookers show up, and then I talk to them to leave, they walk to the exit and when I walk out the door, the quest fails citing I left her alone, I've tried leaving gomorrah before and after her and the hookers do, within seconds of them either leaving themselves or seconds after. No matter what happens the quest fails regardless. Does anyone have any insight on what to do?

I eventually just brute forced it several dozen times and by sheer luck I timed it right. I did and still do have YUP and Unofficial Patch Plus, along with all the stability mods and tweaks.

I know this is probably way too late for the people who originally made this post, but this is for the people who stumble upon this thread looking for answers.

I found that after talking with Joana and triggering her to leave the Gomorrah, open the console and enter the command "setstage 00110a65 90", before leaving the building. After running the command, check your quest log to make sure that it has updated to that stage. Then you will follow the three hookers to Freeside like normal.
