Man-Machine Interface GRA *** Challenge

Do Sentry Bots or Mr.Gutsies respawn at any locations? I cleared REPCONN HQ without setting off the alarms, only managed to kill 2 of the 4 Sentry Bots at The Bunker as they frenzied, and cleared the Crashed Vertibird. I'm only at 5/10 for the challenge.
