Crazy Crazy Crazy Rhonda Missing

Pretty far into a new playthough I decided to tackle the Black Mountain quest like I always do and repair Tabitha's Mr. Handy Rhonda. Problem is, when reach the shack they're being kept in there is no sign of a Mr. Handy anywhere. Now I did a little digging of my own and as I understand this is a common occurence if a player stumbles across rhonda and if three days go by without them being fixed they disappear. Thing is, this is the first time in this playthrough I've gone here so that doesn't make any sense. At the end of my rope here trying to solve this on my own, do I really just have to settle with killing Tabitha or is there a solution I'm not aware of?

You could try using the console to spawn the Mr. Handy. That COULD work. Maybe.

Already tried that, when we went out afterward Tabitha was no where to be found like she should be. Consoled her in too and she did her dialogue but then neither of them talked to each other like they were supposed and didn't leave the mountain. The quest also did not indicate that it was complete.

Are you using any kind of mod?

Plenty, but I have no idea what could be interfering with this particular issue, I've used most of these mods in a previous playthrough and this never happened.

I had this bug before, and I think just reloading a save before I went to Black Mountain at all caused the bug to be fixed. It's been a year or two since that happened so my memory is foggy.

Try this to resurrect Rhonda.

Go outside the storage building then enter these commands

prid e84a4
resurrect

Now go back in and Rhonda will want talk to you.

Do not use the kill command at any point or Tabitha will not appear.

Still no sign of Rhonda.

Also on this attempt I noticed a couple other details that might add some context to the situation, namely that there is no quest marker for Crazy Crazy Crazy at this stage and the door to the second floor of Black Mountain Radio is bugged as opening it just opens the door but doesn't take me to the actual room itself, the door just swings back into oblivion and all I'm met with is a wall of sheet metal. Seems like the entire quest is buggered and not just Rhonda...

Kind of funny and weird how we can such different experiences with the same game. I just had my first encounter with Tabitha and Rhonda (killed both), and I kept thinking there'd be more to it, what with the big satellite dishes and super mutants, but the quest was over faster than I could spell Super Mutant Granma...did I do something wrong?

I freed Raul and even took him on as companion, but he offered no side-quests. I even took him back to his (I presume) shack north-west of Freeside, still nothing. Neil was friendly and gave me the quest, but also nothing more, and I kept hoping for a better link to Jacobstown...

Killing them both is an ending to the quest, but it's one of the worst endings. The best ending is
repairing Rhonda and taking them to Tabitha where they will both head off to new adventures

Raul does in fact offer a quest, but it's an unmarked quest where you must speak to 3 specific individuals about their life with Raul present. Specifically Ranger Andy in Novac, Judah in Westside and Loyal in Nellis Air Force Base
