My person is stuck in 3rd person! Please help!

My person is stuck in 3rd person and I have my camera view set to F, the default. When I press f, it wont go back to 1st and also my character cant turn. Its like its stuck in 3rd person even though its in 1st

Try using mouse wheel to scoll back to first person.

Did you used console commands ?
Can you at least move the camera ?

Look through and see if all of your key-binds are still binded

I can move my camera but I can not turn my character. Also I already checked to see if they were still binded, they are.

Should I be concerned if my past saves BEFORE this happened are affected too?

use some commands like close all menus and enable player controls, you press the tilde key to access commands (~)

Did you accidentally leave on the flying camera toggled? Also the game might have thought the toggle first/third camera key to be held, thus having it stuck in "vanity mode" so you can look all around your character.

No I opened up the box in the happy trails caravan box (from honest hearts DLC) and I think while it was opening the box I accidentally pressed F so it made it stuck in 3rd even though it was like im in 1st?
