NV : where is Raul ?

On this playthrough I wandered on to Black Mountain during a different stage in the game, accompanied by my dog. I stumbled across Raul's cell, hacked the terminal and talked to him after which he promptly buggered off. Wondering where he went off to I found a Mr. Handy. My repair skill was quite high, so I repaired it, after which Tabitha stormed in all elated, gave me some stuff and also scarpered. I'm now trying to find Raul unsuccessfully. He's not in his cell, and not in his shack. And not at the 38. I need him for the achievement. Does anyone have any idea where he's gone off to ? Thanks.

Open the console, type prid 000e6105 hit enter and then movetoplayer. That should move Raul directly to you. Save your game and fully close it as console disabled achievements.
