Jsawyer or Jsawyer Ultimate edition?

I've been modding new vegas in preparation for my new playthrough, but i can't decide between the original jsawyer mod ( http://fallout.gamepedia.com/JSawyer )
and the jsawyer ultimate edition ( http://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/61592/? )

I've used both. Doing jsawyer ultimate right now for the first time and it adds more content than jsawyer original. There's some cut content that was half finished that was readded, and a menu toggle for features like a sprint, how often you get expired stimpacks, base carry weight, etc. Otherwise the rest is the same.

So basically ultimate edition has all the changes adjustable.

Can someone give me a step by step install tutorial on this mod?

I tried installing it and it didn't work, it required a mod that required a mod and I'm guessing one of these things didn't work. Can't find a good tutorial anywhere.

Step 1: What do I have to download and from whta exact links?

Step 2: In what order and how should I install the needed mods?

Step 3: Everything I should do step by step in order for the mods to work.
