Ranger ghost
She is not appearing in my game. Went to the roof on top of the bar in the mojave outpost and she is not there. Went there at night too. Is it a giltch?

She spends her entire life on that Roof, so yeah, either dead or bugged.

No clue as to what the problem would be though as I've never encountered this issue.

I didn't kill her because I want to keep good reputation with the NCR... so it must be bugged.

She could've run off because combat was going on. She doesn't have an AI package to instruct her to go back.
