I've gotten everyone except for the ghoul cowboy. But everytime I try to talk to her, I don't have an option to recruit her.

Do you have speech at 35? If that's not the issue try any of these:

1. Click on her in console and disable/enable her.
2. Click on her in console and type RDF
3. Verify files.
4. Try using YUP if you don't have it already.

My speech is at 100 and I have YUP. But I'll try the other solutions you provided

you can only recruit three ... if you have three positions filled .. you

are not able to recruit any more.

it possible to get five [ maybe more ?? ] to goto the wrangler ..

but when talk to the brother only three positions filled ..

You need to ask "So, who are you?" then say "I bet you've seen a lot over the years."

If the option still doesn't appear, try this command...

set "124aea".iBeatrix to 1

Alright guys, I fixed it. I typed the console command that JDC UK provided. Thank you all for the help, it means a lot!

YEAR 2023, and had the exact same issue. "set "124aea".iBeatrix to 1" fixed the issue by Console > selecting the NPC

Does this include typing out the "to" part or do you just put a 1 there and it'll work?

Gang... it's fixed, as AV stated back in 2019. It's fixed. someone needs to lock this post, now that it's double clarified for two different players.
