Broken Pause Menu

So, I'm not exactly sure what I did, but it's game-breaking.
I was just playing the game, I hit the pause button to save, and I figured out none of the buttons work.
Y'know how when you try to load a game but there are no saves, and the option is darkened out?
It happens for all of the pause menu buttons.

I'm guessing you're using Mod Configuration Menu. You need to download the MCM BugFix 2 file and overwrite the original.
