It makes you lose karma and if it is witnessed it is a crime against nature

To be honest, the worst part about the perk is the animation. That, and you won't be needing additional healing supplies.

Well i guess so. i mean no need for supplies but you would get into a heap load of trouble with factions. Ill just skip that one. thanks. PS: Nice profile pic

Karma is broken, killing some of the fiends and other npcs marked as evil will give you +100 per kill, while cannibalism is like -5 per body. The "crime against nature" just turns people that see you do it hostile. Don't eat corpses while people see you.

There's no (effective) penalty, so do whatever fits your character and/or play style.

No. It's primarily gimped by how long it takes to execute for such tiny gains.

It's always fun to think about doing a cannibal run, but it gets old really fast.

It's really not a bad perk.

Its best attribute is it's not as bad as Ghastly Scavenger.

Dunno, at least it allows you to get the meat of the champions perk, which is a pretty fun challenge. Other than that though, it really is more of a RPing-perk rather than one that really helps in any way.

You can RP a cannibal better without crouching over corpses for 200 years in order to restore 20 HP.

its a perk that allows you to kill innocent people and eat them. Why the f0ck wouldn't you take it?

Do humans count as food for the heal 10,000 points of damage with food achievement?
