"This mod is great for the repair list expansion, but it makes several changes to weapon balance, mainly That Gun is gimped to 18 damage (lower than a 10mm pistol) when FNV default is 30. IIRC FNV default was 18 at launch, but an official patch bumped it up, so for my game I changed both damage and critical damage back to 30 using FNVEdit. Several other weapons have changes to the balance, the thermic lance and riot shotgun were also changed. Search FormID for 00133058 in FNVEdit to find That Gun and be able to change the stats."
Oh wait, maybe that's a good thing...
Fair comment, personally I like the FO3/FNV repair system and weapon decay as it adds to the survival and gritty post apocalyptic elements for me. I know its not awfully realistic but neither is most things in fallout. Then again I almost modded in more gun jams and manual reloading.
Anyway happy your game wasn't too disrupted.
